This doesn't matter. Just as it doesn't matter that Al Gore was the guy who introduced Willie Horton into the political theater. Just as it doesn't matter than a couple of years ago, both Hillary and Obama were not just opposed to gay marriage, but STRONGLY opposed to it. Just as it doesn't matter that during confirmation hearings, a SCOTUS justice said there is nothing in the Constitution protecting gay marriage, then after confirmation switched 180 degrees.
