HIV and HPV; does Trump know the difference?

In Trump's mind HIV = AIDS and HPV stands for Highly Paidoff Vag.
I have no doubt that Trump was unaware of HPV. Nor does it surprise me.
Most people his age really don’t. Especially those who tend to get pre-occupied with business etc. My dad is 67, pretty bright guy, but, volunteers a lot at the local school but I doubt he knows what HPV is. Just an observation.
Evidently it doesn't get commented on on fox news. They've been talking about it on MSM for many years.
If Trump just asked what HPV is I wouldn't think anything of it. Asking the difference between HPV and HIV is weird though.
Most people his age aren't the President of the US either. Regardless of his age, I would think someone that holds such a lofty position and could have an impact on the prevention, treatment & education of the two diseases with his support or policies (or for that matter, any major or potentially major health crisis) would be more knowledgeable.
Have you seen congress or the dumba$$ stuff spouted by the leaders of both parties? The average American is even dumber. Think about that

Not to mention there was a huge furor over the recommendation that kids get the vaccine. The wingnuts were up in arms that this would cause rampant orgies and wild sex among the prepubescents given the vaccine.

I think he’s quite active. Just going by his comments about being recently retired and having to fight off Mom on a daily basis. He really enjoys making me feel uncomfortable.

Trump and the word “knowledgeable” don’t belong in the same sentence. Unless of course the word “isn’t” separates them.
I think the oversight committee agenda would be less full anti-vaccine and more pro-safe vaccines. He has good reason to want an oversight committee, and I'd suggest you should too since most of us here have witnessed just how miserable the "pro-vaccine" end of the debate is as it relates to vaccine safety.
