Still think you guys end up with him though. Too late in process

The question is, How are you Nebraska fans going to react when he decides to sign with Iowa, KSU, or some other school that isn't Nebraska?

You guys need to slow your roll until the real season of playing games to talk but when you only have moral recruiting victories by talking trash when a player might commit to your program over others, how sad is that?

100% honest in saying I don't understand why some fans go to opposing teams' sites to post. Yes, there are some posters who engage in good conversation ... the majority, however, seem to have their own personal insecurities and somehow riling up a message board "anonymously" makes them feel better (not saying OP is trying to rile anyone up; just made me curious about other fans coming here to post)...

In general, I've never understood fans who act "extremely confident" all because the program they support is winning football/basketball games. As if "they" are the ones putting on the pads or lacing up the shoes and "they" are the ones winning the games. No ... you're just a "fan."

How is this talking trash?

Yeah, things are going rotten in Huskerville. Just hired a great new head coach. 4 commits in 3 days. We're reeling.
Works for some, doesn’t work for some. Time will tell, but recently results haven’t been great. Good luck. It’s better for the B1G to have more than just Wisky consistently winning in the West.

I’ll add, we heard the same things from gopher fans last year with the Elite Rower.

Good for him. Can't blame a kid for exploring all of his options.

I couldn't agree more. Honestly, Nebraska has really nice facilities, and with a new coach, there is excitement, but certainly not on the defensive side of the ball. UCF has a better defense, statistically, which should be a concern for any defensive player looking to join the team. Though to be fair, Chinander didn't have long to develop players at UCF.

You’ve had 3 coaches in about 10 years and aren’t going to a bowl. And are just above Illinois in the B1G for recruiting rankings.

Nebraksa is killing it.

That Martinez kid is a gamble because of his injury. He had a torn labrum and didn't play his Senior year after surgery. From what I have read about pitchers and that injury it is very tough to come back from because you are likely to injur it again and I don't know about QBs but the vast majority of pitchers don't return to the same player they were before.

Normally I would have said he chooses Iowa hands down with the graduation of all starting LB's, however, Nebbies complete defense was a dumpster fire last season, so I am sure every starting position is up for grabs. LOL
then we should have have nothing but 4 and 5 * guys on O the last few classes ;)

It's a major injury to have, but QBS have come back from it with no issues. Drew Brees comes to mind.
