First off I'm not saying the coaches ignore injuries. I don't think they do.
I think I heard the announcers say Fant is getting reduced playing time because of the concussion protocol.
Here's the thing though. Injuries seems to have unpredictability built into them. CJB was allowed to "play thru" his injuries. IKM apparently tweaked his ankle and was replaced. The coaches could've used NS's injury as a reason to replace him but kept him in.
I have to say that I wonder if the Fant situation isn't just about medical considerations but is being used to address something else. I feel like I've seen that situation with other players in the past.

What's your opinion on this topic?

under concussion protocol its either play or dont play

I didn't hear anything about CP in this weeks broadcast, but I could have missed it while I was yelling at the TV.

Fant had a concussion so I don't think it is up to the coaches as to whether he plays, I think it is solely the medical staff. And about Stanley, the coaches obviously felt he was the best option to win or they thought he would get it together. Stanley did get it together enough and we had a chance to win in the fourth quarter. Just my opinion for what it is worth. ;)
