April 7, 2025 is the date for scheduled hearing of "House v National Collegiate Athletic Association, et al". A landmark case for intercollegiate athletics. The major issues include; distribution of $2.8 billion to former NCAA athletes, reaching back to 2016; revenue sharing (current athletes) by schools in the big four (4) conferences; and additional in-house school/conference control over NIL monies/issues.
Attached is an excellent summary of the proposed agreement authored by John Wright.
