Rastetter to Sam Brinks. Holy new Kirk. If Rastetter moves to QB, does Stanley take over punting?;)
Seriously though, love the occasional trick play we're getting these days.

Speaking of fakes the ball handling on the play where Hock was so wide open was great. The pass not so much.

That was a great fake. I actually thought Hockensen slowed down on his route and was partially to blame on the overthrow. Great call too. Wish our guys would have executed it.

WTF. The only place you don't complete a pass to a wide open receiver is over their head. Short the throw by 5+ yards and it's still a TD.

Wide open receiver cannot accelerate beyond their physical limits. They can, however, come back to an under thrown ball.

Some rather baffling play today generally speaking. Hard to explain. Loved the special teams. Offense looked challenged and confused all game. Nate was wildly inconsistent. We only lost by 6?!? I've moved on for my blood pressures sake.

Im surprised they didnt give Mansell a series tonight. Somewhere around the third quarter.

I didn't say Stanley was faultless on the throw. I simply suggested that if TJ wouldn't have slowed down, he and the ball may have been close enough to connect with one another. It looked, to me, like both players didn't execute the play well enough.
LOL

Offensive coaches should get some input from Lavar Woods on how to draw up effective “exotics “

He’s pretty creative and his plays seem to work when employed - good timing.

When your punters throwing better than your QB, I don't think it would have mattered.

I believe Rastetter was a high school QB. And when your D lineman catches better than your receivers.................. damn that was a great catch. textbook stuff there.
