How do you eat your hot dogs?

A roasted dog on a toasted regular bun with light mayo and diced onion and tomato is my favorite, but look forward towards anything from dogs boiled in beer with kraut, other times with relish and mustard, other times just mustard or just good ketchup like Heinz.

Chilidogs, Chicago dogs, and straight up plain at a ball game are also good, depends on what in the mood for and options. Never raw though, savages…

I really like the 1/4 lb all beef hotdogs from the locker. On a bun, cut up in Mac and cheese or sliced in half lengthwise on bread smothered in chili. It's all good.

I love hot dogs and eat them in a variety of configurations. One unusual way I like hot dogs is on a bun, topped with kimchi.

My preference is either grilled or cooked in a frying pan, with just cheese on it. Sometimes add bacon.

When I was a little kid, I ate them cold, right out of the package, no bun.

Dirty water dog with a soft white bun. After that, either just mustard or kraut and mustard. Either is fine. The greatest dog anywhere is a Fenway Frank.

I can’t remember the last time I had a hotdog.
I still remember my babysitter serving us
macncheese with hotdogs cut up in it. Loved it as a kid, but out grew them in my teens, then went vegan 7 years ago.

I start with Ball Park beef dogs and grill them until they are a bit charred on the outside. Add my homemade chili, grated cheddar cheese and some onions on a soft potato bun. I eat them about once every two weeks, but I could easily eat them more often.

Would (and have) more times than I can count.

I moved to Chicago nearly 30 years ago. Had my first Chicago style dog shortly thereafter. That’s when I learned just how glorious hot dogs can be. But I like ‘em best with a little more char than this one is showing. When Gold Coast dogs was a thing their char dogs were my goto fast food.

I used to eat mine at Murphy Dogs on Belmont and Racine in Chicago. Now I eat them off of the small of the back of the OP’s mom.
