How long do you wait before you get angry at a new coworker?

New guy has asked me twice in the past two days if I could update the percentage values in his table.
Now, I don't work for him.
I do supply him information when requested.
I assumed that anyone with 10+ years experience can put "=B1/2203*100" in an excel cell.

He also keeps asking me if a coworker has received the data he's waiting on. 3 emails and a phone call.
He has not asked the person who requested the data.

By friday I'm afraid my reply will just be "I'm not your bitch."
