How Many False Positive Covid Tests Are There?

There probably have been many false positives. There have also probably been many false negatives as well as tests have been created. There have also been far too many people who have never been tested at all.
Do you need resources to get double checked? My COVID test was free, well, not exactly free as the taxpayers are footing the bill, but it was free to me. Is there a rule that I can’t go get tested again?

Remember, Clay Travis is the guy who said that the US would have fewer than 1000 deaths. He's proven correct about as often as the OP.
The lab was pre-occupied with trying to find out if fat free yogurt was really fat free. Not their fault.
I'm more worried about false negatives than false positives. I've had multiple employees have symptoms, get tested negative go back 2 days later as they feel worse and they test positive. Only know of one person who tested positive and had zero symptoms.
Please, no one can prove those 200,000 excess deaths are due to COVID-19. It could be a coincidence...or maybe people spontaneously combusted from being locked down too long.
So hard to tell the difference between real opinion and satire anymore.
The majority of our employees who test positive never have any symptoms. Probably around 60 percent. Another 25 percent have mild symptoms. 10 percent have severe symptoms or persistent symptoms. 5 percent are hospitalized. 1 employee died.
This is out of a population near 6,000. We've been requiring biweekly or weekly testing since May.
Maybe they voluntarily sacrificed themselves for the betterment of the economy. True Americans.
The goal is to get everyone on some drug. It's just good business.
