Many people are talking about this. You’d be surprised at the people who are talking about this. Many of them have known Trump for decades and say he gets confused easily these days, and cannot remember things.
So, he is purposefully mispronouncing and slurring simple words and stumbling though sentences just to trigger the libs? Mmkay.
People are going to look back at history and ask how Trump was elected when he clearly is not all there. The answer:

My Mom had 6 sisters and 4 so far have gone batty in their late 60's. Very little education so they were pretty limited intellectually to start with. Throw early onset dementia on top of dumb and it can get pretty goofy.
