I just heard a sleep doctor on the news say we should replace our pillow every 2 years.

I bought mine in October of 2021. I just ordered a new replacement.

CSB.

For some reason, my pillows always disappear from my bed. I guess my kids are always taking them and I’m often left without one. I have no idea where they go. My “pillow” for several months last year was an oversized stuffed animal fox.

I could not tell you how old my bed pillows are because I have no idea when they arrived or where they came from. They just sort of appeared.

PS: I’ve been using a CPAP for about 24 years, so pillows are of little consequence to me. I could probably rack up zzzzz’s using King Tut’s head rest if I had to.

Tell me a doctor is getting kickbacks without actually telling me.

Mine is memory foam and purchased more than 5 years ago. Mrs. Alaska's is probably 15 years old and she travels with it.

My wife is border line obsessed with bedding and pillows. I have no idea how often she replaces the pillows but I'd bet once a year. The bedding, we'll put it this way I have no idea what my bed is going to look like when I get home, might be blue, brown, green etc.. She thinks she's a professional home decorator.

Did the ‘sleep doctor’ by chance look like this:

Not getting into the political aspects of the guy but we have several of his pillows now after trying A LOT of pillows that did not suffice.
Wash then about once a month and they are good as new.
