It is humorous that the guy was not afraid of the FBI but was terrified of X's TOS, so he took down his most egregious posts.
It is real, one of the FBI agents was identified, and USSS commented about his posts.
The guy was posting on X (Twitter) as Libertarian of NH and posted about Kamala being murdered.
One of the posts, posted on X just before 3 a.m. Sunday, read: “Anyone who murders Kamala Harris would be an American hero.” Other posts, sent later that morning, read: “The point of the second amendment is to shoot and kill tyrannous politicians,” and “Encouraging politicians to be shot is legal under the first amendment. It's part of what makes this country great.”
The guy deleted many of the posts commenting on X Term of Service and wondered why they do not support free speech for Libertarians.
Where's the "just comply with law enforcement" crowd? Funny how you want to stand on your rights (which I believe in) when it comes to the FBI knocking on your door. But other times you're a lawless troublemaker on a traffic stop or other time law enforcement approach people in public and try to violate their rights with no cause and you don't comply. Which is it?
