HROT Doctors: Am I Going to Die?

HROT resident doctors I need your advise. This morning I wasn't paying attention in the shower and washed my hair with body wash. As soon as I realized my mistake I quickly washed out the soap and used a conditioner to make sure that the harshness wouldn't remove moisture from my follicles. Although I have good health insurance I do not want to spend the morning in the ER with the Iowa basketball game tip time at Noon. Thank you in advance.

This is fine in a shower setting so long as you wash the soap off. Don't use in a scenario where you will leave it on, trust.
