Blue bloods were starting to sniff around, probably offer coming in the future. Tennessee/Oregon were in to see him last week.
Kid has some really impressive weight room numbers, #1 recruit in state of SD!

Say what you will about Barnett, dude is doing work on the OL recruiting trail.

Not saying he's not involved, but generally the coaches all have territories they cover. They don't just recruit their own postion groups.....
It has to matter a great deal because they will be together 5 years and be his coach.
Tremendous pick up, Tyler Barnes and the crew are doing great getting much needed OL depth. Hugely important for Lester going forward.
Love the size of these OL coming in. No starter kits at 260 trying to get to 300.

Same high school as Matt VandeBerg. Attended the BV vs SF Lincoln game last season and paid attention to him because he already had an offer.
Strong and agile….. but he had about 35 lbs on the Lincoln DL. Nevertheless, was impressed. He finished his blocks really well.

At number 6 in guard ratings for 2026, he is the highest rated guard to commit anywhere at this point. Thank you Hudson. A good looking OL so far for the 2026 class.
Iowa has had some good players out of SD. Too bad we missed on Sullivan who went to Nebr. He's a beast.
