Seems like just about every Big Bend and Tampa area gauge is setting a surge record tonight. Not surprising given the track and massive wind field of #Helene. When we were finding 90-100 knot FL winds all the way to the coast, I knew a historic surge event was coming. Pretty well forecast by models too.
