HWC Banquet update

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the Banquet-- You may know most of this-- but if not kind of a summary here.

Record Crowd---over 350 people
Record Revenue for this event for the club-- approx $74K ( previous record 50K)

Sorry I couldnt visit more-- was a bit hectic--

Some notes I made for next year and some thoughts--

1. We need to streamline registration
2. We need an app based bidding system

Was great to see the number of people-- It is clear to me that making our exiting events blow up like this and www.hwcdonor.com (recurring/auto pay) is a key to our future. Since the banquet we have added about 800$ per month is revenue.We are only getting started.

Great news, Randy! Was a blast. And super job of getting the word out about automatic monthly donations at the banquet.

Every event can always be improved, and it's great that the HWC is always looking to improve every aspect of its operations. I like the ideas you describe above.
