Just doing eggs tomorrow post workout to break itI should give that a shot. I'm used to the IF now but more of a 16/8 format. Thinking about moving that into a 17/7 but I need to get better and consuming water to keep the hunger away as I get closer to the "feeding window".
I know @unIowa used to talk about his experiences. I've never done one before but may make that a goal of mine in 2025. I'd probably just start with the 48
They also say be careful pivoting back into food. Too much richness/sweetness could upset your stomach. Probably follow something like the BRAT diet for 12 hours after.

I assume by "water fast" you mean not eating but you can drink water, is that correct? The last time I was hospitalized with diverticulitis I went 7 days on only ice chips and water. That wasn't fun/csb

The first 24 hours are the hard part and then it gets easier and your hunger subsides. Coffee helps with the hunger that first day. It's all mind of matter.How was your experience
