Suriano, Retherford, Nolf, 65 pound frosh or Neville,Hall and Nickel. Probably missing a few guys also. Not sure about 65 and hot,but this looks like their best team yet. And don't they get very good light weight and middle weight?

Listen Mr. Northwestern fan, Penn State has their own board where you can stroke their pride every day. 90% of your posts on here are about PSU.

I don't know. Their 2012 team is very hard to beat. They scored 143 and if I remember correctly Wade injured his knee or most likely AA's as well.

125:mega 2nd
133:martelloti 1-2
141:pearsall DNQ
149:Molinaro 1st
157:Alton 3rd
165:Taylor 1st
174:Ruth 1st
184:wright 2nd
197:McIntosh 1-2
285:wade r12

Isn't this like the third or fourth thread you've started about this!? Is it a rule at NW that every sentence ends in a !? Liked it better when you were trying sell your self help book! Here...I am going to help a brother out!

Did you take a course in Pinterlish?! Was challenging understanding your sentences! As I've stated before (with tongue firmly in cheek), I don't see any way that PSU will fail to win NCAAs for the next 15-20 years, with at least 6 champions each year!! There's no way that Lee, Teasdale, Kemerer, Marinelli, Warner, Stoll, Murin, Young will be able to have any success against PSU - impossible!!

p.s. - AZChief, note my excellent use of "?!"

Life must be a bore when a opponent fan has to come and tell us how good Penn State is.
Maybe I will have to do some goggle search and find out if he knows what he is talking about...

Just about sick of hearing about PSU and how loaded they are. They absolutely should win with the superior talent they have. Lets not forget how they did with comparable talent back in ISU. Now, how good is PSU again?

With only 9.9 scholarships how are they pulling this off? I know one adjustment they have made that the Hawks have not is pulling shirts. I would not be surprised to see Suriano shirt next year or the one after that.

Once an athlete graduates, an old rich alum can pay off the college debt. Don't tell me it doesn't happen and don't tell me some coaches don't cheat, and don't' tell me some coaches don't prey on young boys.

I heard swabbing the mats at the NLWC pays well.

Seriously, check out Penn State new D1 hockey team's meteoric rise to #4 this year.

Over the summer of 2010 it was reported that Penn State athletic director Tim Curley and Terrence Pegula, a PSU alumnus,[20] billionaire hockey fan, and possible large donor visited Minnesota’s hockey facilities and the new on-campus Notre Dame Ice Arena currently under construction at Notre Dame and other Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) schools.[21] Pegula, who would eventually go on to purchase the Buffalo Sabres, donated US$88,000,000 (later upgraded to US$102,000,000) to the Penn State hockey programs for the purpose of building an arena.

On September 17, 2010, after years of speculation,[21][25] it was officially announced the program would move to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I level along with the PSU women's ice hockey team starting in the 2012-13 season and the program would initially compete as an independent team until the new arena was completed in 2013.[26] The university also announced the construction of a new 6,000-seat ice arena to replace the undersized and aging 1,350-seat Penn State Ice Pavilion[21][27][28]

I think next year will be their best team yet also. I'm guessing they slide nick Lee in at 141. He's already training there this year so it's basically like a red shirt for him.

Nick Lee is going to be really good. I am not sure many fully understand that yet but it will be Jason Nolf like clear soon.

I'm not an old rich alum but I did pay off a college debt for a young man. It would take awhile to explain but I wanted to do it. Today he is a Corporate Lawyer living in the state of Washington and he has paid me back in full and has made me proud.

It goes a little like this:

Cal: "Hey Mark. We are trying to build a wrestling dynasty. We need as many top recruits as possible. You don't qualify for an academic scholarship and we don't have enough to give you a full ride. We will give you a half ride. You will owe around $50,000 at the end of your time here."

"Now I want to introduce you to one of our club backers. He wants to talk to you about the 2020 olympics. Backer: "While on your Olympic red shirt I would like to donate $80,000 dollars toward your training." Cal: "Let me know if that half ride works for you."
