Leedy crashed into the front entrance of the jail at almost 10 p.m. Monday because the "devil made (him) do it."
Officers, including Brycen Vanatwerp who wrote the police report obtained by Newsweek, told Leedy to step away from the vehicle, but he "looked at us with a blank stare and then grabbed a black container that appeared to be oil from the trunk of his vehicle."
"Mr. Leedy uttered the 'devil made me do it, why didn't you shoot me, and f--- me in the ass, I came here to kill the police," Vanatwerp wrote.
Chief Deputy John Budensiek told WPBF that Leedy also talked about his hatred for the former President Donald Trump.
The Martin County Sheriff's Office said there is no video footage of the incident available at this time.

It would be 9/10 if he was actually pinching his nip in that photo.
Definitely some low hanging fruit that could have got him into the 8 or 9s.
Live reptiles and I think inwould have put him there personally.
I'd be interested in knowing if he's a Florida native, or a transplant.
