I find it hard to hate on Gonzaga. This was a cow college playing in empty gyms in the 90s. Mark Few could have done the Monson route but he stuck in Spokane.

I know the Duke's and Kentucky's and UCLA's aren't going anywhere, but even after all this time it still feels to me like they're crashing the party a bit and its hard not to admire that.

Fitting they meet Baylor in final, as if the college basketball gods give a middle finger to Covid for the early season cancellation. They win Monday, they earned it. And they are entertaining as hell to watch.
