I have an idea: Why doesn't Elon Musk give every fired federal worker 2 years salary out of his own pocket?

Why doesn't Elon Musk start a website for fired federal workers that gives them 2 years salary out of his own pocket?

That seems fair considering they're getting fired for no fault of their own.

It may cost Elon $10 billion.

That's peanuts to him considering his net worth is $400 billion.

What do you think?

Your crazy.

He doesn’t have much $ left, given all of his charitable work and making communities stronger with his contributions. The man drips empathy. Wait…am being told the only drips he gets is from his ketamine addiction.

If he cared about America he would. Dude paid $44 billion for Twitter. And that was accidently. He could easily afford this.

Exactly.

He should give $100 billion back to America which helped him get so rich.
Even if he fired 100,000 people and gave each one $100,000 a year for two years, that would only be $20 billion. That's literally only 5 percent of his wealth.

I’m beginning to get the vibe that Elon isn’t trying to help Americans and that he is just trying to help himself. Hmmm. Lots of examples pointing in that direction.

Just checking to see if you know what you’re talking about.

I like this I kind of laughed at 2, 4 and five😂

  1. Healthcare: The Church operates thousands of hospitals, clinics, and care homes worldwide, often serving in areas where healthcare is otherwise scarce or unaffordable. These institutions provide care to millions of people annually, regardless of their ability to pay or their religious affiliation.
  2. Education: Catholic schools, universities, and educational programs serve millions of students globally. Many of these institutions offer scholarships and financial aid to ensure access for those who cannot afford tuition.
  3. Social Services: The Church supports numerous programs addressing poverty, homelessness, hunger, and other social issues. This includes food banks, homeless shelters, refugee assistance, and disaster relief efforts.
  4. International Aid: Through organizations like Caritas Internationalis, the Church provides humanitarian aid and development assistance in countries affected by poverty, conflict, or natural disasters.
  5. Pastoral Care: While not always quantifiable in financial terms, the Church provides spiritual and emotional support to millions through its pastoral ministries, counseling services, and community outreach programs.

An entitled democrat wanting claim to someone else’s money… Way to keep the stereo type alive.
Here’s another thought. Go and start a company and sacrifice your time and talent to make it successful. It’s his money, he can do what he likes with it.
While I feel bad for the government workers being laid off, how’s it different than corporate America? I don’t remember government workers laid off at record numbers during Covid. Where was the concern? Clinton laid off 447k during his time, where was the concern? Now it’s a problem?

I'm not a Democrat nor am I entitled.

No single individual needs $400 billion dollars. He didn't make it all himself.

He slithered into America as an immigrant, got citizenship and used it to make a fortune.

The least Elon can do is to give back...it's the patriotic thing to do.

Because he's doing all this shit to make himself richer.
