I do not know how many opposing coach's comments I have read before they played Iowa. They have all sounded like"Iowa is playing great together, they don't have great players but the are playing great together"...
After they play Iowa it seems like they have a new found respect for Iowa. Reading things after the game like " Iowa has a great offensive line, CJ is a great QB .."
One of the guys on BTN said "I think it is an advantage for Iowa that opposing teams don't respect them like they should. I think they respect them after they see them up close". I agree with this 100%. I think teams and coaches see this team as very beatable with no great players. Every team probably thinks they have better talent. I think when things are all said and done the linebackers, defensive backs, offensive line , and QB may go down as some of the best in Kf's time here. I could see 4 OL, a QB, 2 LBs, 2-3 DBs, 1 DL and 2 TEs get drafted from this group. So the talent is there but I hope they keep thinking that Iowa has little talent.
