Trump is acting like an ass bashing GW and the crowd roars every time someone on the stage takes up for him. If Trump were a true Conservative he wouldn't be ripping a former president from his own supposed party.

The crowds are invitation only. Typically donors, insiders, establishment types. With that being said, they literally asked questions about the Iraq war that should've been asked/debated in 2004, 2008. Doing it now was a purely a move by the moderators/establishment to try and bring down Trump.

Bush may very well finish strong in South Carolina, but the fact that it is an open primary hurts him. Trump will still get his 25% at bare minimum in my opinion and probably more. If it was a GOP only primary, I'd say there was a higher probability that Bush could rise and win.

I'll follow that up by saying if you just now watch Ted Cruz. You'll see what I mean about establishment/donor types only. Cruz is right to bash Rubio on standing with the "gang of eight" since Rubio is now so strong on it.

Listening to the boos/cheers that Cruz & Rubio get.

Rubio/Bush is the establishment guy.

Trump referenced that early on. The audience is all bigwigs.

Bush may be the establishment fav but he doesn't stand a chance. They are desperate for SC. Think Rubio comes in second behind trump

I am going Cruz...if Trump wins nomination I'll vote him if nothing more than his stance on illegal immigration.

Poll out today has Kasich in second place, 20 points behind Trump, but second. He is the one moving up. I would not be surprised if he was well into the 20s next Saturday.

Got to think the new $$$ might dry up for who finishes lower between Bush/Robot.

Am I way off?

This. Rubio came through tonight the least beat up and was back to his tough debate style. The crowd helped, esp vis a vis Cruz. It gives me a chuckle when he hits Cruz on his immigration statements. Cruz is, more or less, in the right, but he's caught trying to be smarter than smart with that poison pill amendment he was peddling back then.

Accusing Cruz of not being able to speak Spanish was a bit of a gaffe....

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box...s-speaking-spanish-after-rubio-says-he-doesnt

FYI, Bush is fluent in Spanish as well. The GOP bullpen is full of diversity, unlike Ma' and Pa' Kettle in the other party...

They have all changed their mind on one thing or more. The gang of Eight was a mistake for Rubio. He gets that. He now says he realizes the public wants border security before any thing else is considered.

Trump is an absolute embarrassment. I vote GOP, but no way I ever vote for Trump. I wil not vote the top line in November if Trump is the nominee.
I thought the same for a long time but have now come to the conclusion to not vote the top line will be a vote for a felon or communist. I cannot go there

That president he's ripping was one of the worst presidents in the history of the country. Until you party line people start calling "W" out for the terrible president he was you aren't going to get any support outside your little clique.

it's up to the illuminati and the folks who attend the Bilderberg meeting, if they say bush, then it's bush

he gave us 9-11, or at least stood back and watched, or at least took advantage of it to do bullcrap wars. I think there was weapons of mass destruction and I think Obama found them in Syria and wanted to go over there and destroy them. destroy the evidence. trump needs to come out and say the globalist illuminati pukes did 9-11, blamed it on fake al q, to take our rights and do bullcrap wars. the exact same people who did 9-11 also did install Obama and they also would love to install hill or jeb to continue the bullcrap wars and the taking of our rights. Obama and bush and jeb and hill are shills for the new world order

That is your bs opinion boy...I think the man loved this country and I am glad
he was in power on 9/11 rather than that worthless pos Al Gore...or the mutant freak we have now.

That isn't just my opinion. I know a few people who turned their back on the Republican party during the "W" administration. How do you think Obama got elected?
I certainly became very skeptical of those clowns during 9-11 or shortly thereafter, but I always thought ron paul was more of the beneficiary of the repubbers jumping ship-rather than obozo

RP definitely received a lot of followers because of "W." However, there are people like me, who were a fan of Paul, and ultimately didn't vote, or voted 3rd party, and there were people like my father who completely walked away from the Republican party after four decades and voted for Obama.
