Why? It takes away the rhythm of the team off course and makes the season longer into colder weather. There are some cons for having the Bi week to let injured players heel up etc.. Some teams obviously benefit from it but some have to hold on to that lingering defeat from the week before and that eats on the kids regardless of the “24 hour rule” not that it matters but it’s also hard on the fans as they want to get that shit taste out of their mouth after a loss and the players want to move on and being off the following week doesn’t help mentally as much as people think.. just my 2 cents
