If Petras plays the entire game, predict his stat line vs Nevada

8 for 19, 76 yards in first half, 1 interception for a pick six and fumble. If he plays the second half, he will complete the same ratio of passes and one more pick. Iowa loses to Nevada.

If Iowa changes qb’s at half to Padilla, he leads them to victory with a 12 for 20 performance, 155 yards and 2 td’s. Iowa holds on for the win, 21-17.
You forgot to finish the story for your second scenario - KF names SP starter vs. Rutgers due to his body of work and looking good in practice...

Pretty obvious he will put up a respectable stat line and it will be status quo going forward.

Enough to win comfy but still not promising.

SP: 16-26 3 TDs and 1 Int 216 yards
Iowa wins 31-7

2-85. -18 yards passing (the two completions come on blown up screens.) 0 TDs. 83 INTs. Kirk talks about progress at the presser.

Can best be summed up by this equation:

QBR =

That's a good point, too. No way AP gets to play against a horrible defense with a chance to look good, no matter the score.
Now cmon, I know we're all upset here, but Kirk isn't a total monster.

I could see AP being allowed in to take a knee or two if Hawks have the ball at the very end and just have to run the last minute off the clock.

He will attempt 12 passes, complete 20, for 18 yards and 16 touchdowns. 6 interceptions.

6-8 for11 yards. 3 rushing TDs on QB sneaks. Kirk exclaims....see we have a dual threat QB.
