FUNFACT: There's literally no need for a Special Prosecutor, when the party being investigated is not in charge of the DOJ, nor holds any potential influence over the investigation.
Special Prosecutors are intended to provide independent investigation when the party in charge is tasked with investigating itself.
Both Jeff Sessions and William Barr have no constraints on investigating "Hillary's Emails" or "The Clinton Foundation".

Nope. No one "pardoned" her, meaning any crime committed could still be prosecuted until the statute of limitations ran out. Both Sessions and Barr could have taken that up.

So, you admit there was NO pardon, and Jeff Sessions, Chris Wray or Bill Barr could ALL prosecute any crimes covered up or whitewashed by Comey.
So, why haven't they done that?
