He may not be the fast guy but if he plays like Weisman did that will work. I don’t know why we don’t play Young in the first half anyway to wear people down before bringing in the shifty guys.
It seems like it comes down more on the offensive line. It may be the zone blocking, but there never seems to be any significant hole open up to allow any of our running backs an opportunity. They seem to gain more yards if they can get around the outside.

I don’t like IKM being out. Just nice to have a group of quality backs ready to go. That being said, I don’t know why, but I’ve liked young a little more this year. Let’s see a big day!!!!
Once Nate gets the passing game established, it won’t matter who’s in at back. They’ll find holes.
Agree. I think it is also teams playing man on the WRs to free up a safety to be an extra man in the box. If the WRs continue to develop, we should see less of this.
Not that I wanted IKM to be out but I was hoping Toren would get the start. I think he will answer the bell and make us proud.
I also understand that Amani Jones sat out for targeting “next week”.
