According to the Debby fans, their worst team in ages was going to get an easy win against the Hawks.

What they don't understand is that the days of the Big 8 are LONG GONE. Running over Kansas, Mizzou, K State, etc. on their way to a coin flip game with Oklahoma and the Orange Bowl is a thing of the past.

Today's college football landscape allows kids to stay much closer to home to play and still be on TV, unlike decades ago when the best of the best would choose to go to NU, OU, etc. Nebraska's name holds no more cache' than the majority of other programs today. The glory is LONG GONE, but it's those glory day memories combined with a long standing arrogance that fuel the BS they spew on our board.

I've lived on the border all my life - the Iowa side growing up and the Nebby side now as an adult. I've listened to their crap for decades and had my fill many times.

It's nice to finally be on top and to be 12-0 is the cherry on top. Glad to see Ferentz step up, pick his QB early, take some chances and have it all pay off.

Let's win 3 more and complete the dream.

I just seen an idiot tweet on #GBR. "Our worse team only lost to your best team by 8 points" But, ya lost, Blanche!, for the 7th time. And they're hoping they can go to some toilet bowl. Love it!
