With his size, I imagine he probably isn't super athletic since he didn't receive any offers...and will be your classic OL candidate.
Looks like he is avg. 17pts 10 rebounds a game.
Plus throws the Shot put and Discus he is below average but still competitive so he does have some athleticism.
6'7, 230 pounds, if he had even above average athleticism you'd think he'd have gotten an offer from UNI or Drake. I predict OL (most likely OG) will be his eventual landing spot.
I don’t know. I would put him at tackle unless he is very slow on his feet. It is tough for a QB to see over tall interior linemen.

Welcome aboard! A walk on is a good thing any way you cut it. The way I look at it, with our staff, between Jack Plumb and this Lucas chap one will end up a very serviceable OL no matter and there is a chance both. Work your butt off young man and welcome to the family.
