It's going to be cold and those are both 10-15 minutes walking.

Harry and Izzy's, good but pricey.

Anywhere S. of Illinois/Ohio that looks good is fine.
And parking around the above intersection is good, and cheap.

PAC 12 championship game is Friday night also. Should be mildly entertaining to watch. Both teams in Big Ten next year with one coming to Kinnick.

I don't think it matters. Mecheatagain fans don't know west from east. That's the way it was in 2021 anyway.
