For 2016 per my annual benefits book that I went over today.

Rest is pretty much staying the same. Only other real changes are small and being changed by the IRS.

The info material I received states the US health caremarketing is increase an average of 8%.

usually expect around 10% anyway before the aca, the real cost is: A. the coverages, many things not covered now, B. doctors jumping ship, C. insurance companies jumping ship, C. higher co-pay and deductibles

so really, touting that more people are covered or insured: not so much

The devil is in the details. My Medicare supplemental insurance is going up 10% but the copay on my prescription is going down (don't remember the exact %). So I'll actually save a couple of shekels this year.
