Interesting observations from Land of 10

Interesting read. I do appreciate the work Taylor puts in but I'd like to see Stone. Interesting that KF said he may work himself into the equation.

Agree on punter. When we get the rugby style, it's fine. Traditional, a little rough.

What do you mean "We're" not the only ones? If you let Land of 10 make ANY decisions for Iowa we are dead. Gimme a break!

Bower is a middle linebacker playing outside, he has been schemed against, he is a good player who is out of position.

O-line welsh needs to be at guard, he is an average tackle but great guard,

Safety, and this goes for most of the defense do they practice tackling anymore??

The problem is that he might be the best RT we have .... even if he's better at OG. Also, the majority of our talented guys with experience who have been playing this season ... nearly all of them are OGs. Thus, the puzzle that needs to be solved here is to find the best piece that "fits." If you don't recall ... the coaches didn't an inordinate amount of shuffling O-linemen around during camp for this very reason. The best "alternative" they found is to have Welsh at RT and green-light Wirf's development.

I'm sure Jewell would love to play the Will backer so if Bower is a true MLB why haven't they switch. That's crazy IMO
