And, there you have it. Russia sucks biggly.Anti French posts on X and Facebook permeating New Caledonia have been traced back to Azerbaijan, which is allied with Russia. France has been supportive of Armenia in its conflict with Azerbaijan, and of course, they are supportive of Ukraine after being invaded by Russia.
Sowing discord all over the world for pennies on the dollar with their bots and trolls. The Summer and Fall will be brutal as the Russians meddle in our election, and their stooges amplify their content. And, there you have it. Russia sucks biggly.

Are the newcomers granted citizenship? Does said status come with voting limits?
A US citizen moving in, or all new arrivals in general? If you move to Puerto Rico and take up residency…you can vote in their local elections.

Kind of makes sense to me the a French citizen moving to another part of France would be able to vote.
