Not that it matters with the tourney coming up, but the Hawkeyes, somehow, managed to stay in the Top 25 in both polls.

And it seems that just about everyone in the country agrees that MSU is #2, except, of course, those wise ones on the NCAA tourney committee.

And no votes at all in either poll for 19-13 Syracuse.

Just goes to show, once again, we are being led by entities far beyond our minuscule mortal selves. Ah, to have the incisive minds of an NCAA tournament committee member. But 'tis only a dream...

I read, today, that it's now 10 straight weeks that IOWA is in the Top 25. Longest run since maybe 1992. Keep it going !!!

You are correct, RockEyeState. And a final poll will come out following the Final Four, so if the Hawkeyes can win a game or two, the streak could continue.

Yup, that game. Iowa was dominating, then Nova hit a bunch of lucky threes and took the lead and pulled away.

Nova went into the top 20 that week and hasn't looked back. Only one week since then have they been out of the top 15.

Another reminder of how weak this year has been relative to good teams. And how the AP poll is becoming less relevant .

Well if we can finish the year ranked that is better than what most of us thought we would be.

Hell we thought we would be in the NIT/Bubble this year. The team played well, I hope they find their groove heading into the NCAA. They are a good team, just have to put it together for 40 min. None of this falling behind and then working their tails off to catch up.
