Q: How was the official visit this weekend?
BILLINGS: It was great.
Q: What were some of the highlights of the official visit for you?
BILLINGS: Just getting closer to everyone. We became a family more and more and it's just a great feeling knowing I can call them my brothers. And just being around great people that make you laugh and whatnot.
Q: Who was your host?
BILLINGS: JP (Jonathan Parker).
Q: Talking with the coaches, are they still thinking starting out on defense at corner?
BILLINGS: Yeah, I think they are thinking cornerback.
Q: Just asking all of the recruits this before signing day, but is everything good to go with the NCAA Clearinghouse?
BILLINGS: That's something I would have to look at with my coach or guidance counselor.
Q: But as far as you know grades and test scores are good?
BILLINGS: Yeah.
Q: What do you have planned for signing day?
BILLINGS: I'm doing a ceremony at the school.
As a senior, Lance Billings finished the season with 67 catches for 721 yards and 5 touchdowns on offense for Clearview (4-6) this past year.
