Just wanted to say good luck today. Hopefully we'll get to see a really competitive game today. There's some match ups that I'm concerned about and our recent ineptitude in the tournament has me a little worried even if the Hawkeyes have been on a downward trend. If you beat us I will be the biggest Iowa fan in the world for a day when you hammer Villanova in the next round.

Thanks for the post and good luck to you T. Iowa has had a very poor last month and they need this W very, very badly. This, of course, doesn't mean they will play well - likely more the opposite.
I've always admired Temple. I expect a really good game. Iowa really needs this win.
Thanks and best of luck to you too. I am not saying we will, but I would like an old fashion take em to the woodshed type game. After the football season in the fall and several close games not going our way this winter my emotions cannot take these close games this late into the spring.

Most TU fans have been very cool and have earned my respect as far as fans go, we don't see many good ones, see ISU but to be honest TU has a good shot today, depends which Iowa team shows up, I think I said the exact same thing 2 years ago about this time of year.
I keep hearing that Temple is a much bigger challenge for the Hawks, than Nova. What is it about Villanova that makes the Hawks match up better with them?
