Iowa State #6. These are arrests over the last 5 years. Fulmer Cup final standing coming in 2 weeks. Auburn is dominating that one with Indiana in 2nd.

If you look at the top 25, only 3 of the schools are in cities with a population over 185,000 people. Many of these university are in towns of less than 100,000 people. Much easier to get in trouble in places like these.

These arrests should be weighted based on the severity of a crime before they set the rankings. It's like a team going undefeated by beating up cupcakes, should they be #1? *cough cough * FSU

Well about half of those are from Public Intox in which Iowa is one of like 6 states with that law so that inflames it as well.

He said public intox, not PAULA. You can get both citations if you're under 21, but you can still get public intox at any age 21 and above.
