RIP Sherwyn Thorson. Boy, does that name bring back great memories of an incredible time in Hawkeye football history.
Imagine him--or, really, any of his contemporaries--playing today with modern weight training & conditioning techniques. They have to outlaw them playing because they probably end up killing someone! Those dudes were about as mentally tough as you would find.
