Iowa Hawkeyes are the underdogs today

I heard from a friend that grew up with a player on ISU's team that they think Iowa defense is and I quote "Bounty soft."

ISU expects to run the ball all over Iowa tomorrow. I'm not so sure about all that.

yeah that may be the gambling lines but Kirk Ferentz coaching in Lames doesn't pass the eyeball test. Iowa definitely the underdogs today.

Let's all hope they can step up to the plate and knock this game outta the park. Iowa is due. Kirk is a liability though.

Funny story well to me anyway, I had to go somewhere this morning before the games started and I was listening to the Husky fans. Chris Peterson is horrible at clock management, why isn't he playing Jeff Lindquist (backup QB), why don't we at least try and stretch the field? I don't see what all the hype is with Peterson is, he is over rated and over paid.

Does any of that sound familiar?

I don't know if he is going to be the winning coach in this game. I don't know if I have confidence in him as a coach. I just know I don't believe for one second you hope Iowa wins.

I've said it repeatedly. If they fire KF I won't shed a tear. So not sure how we got from me not believing you want Iowa to win to how I have confidence in KF but there you go. Answered.

The dude is an average coach and an outstanding human being. Not a below average coach. If you think he is the worst at anything, spend 1 damn day watching college or pro football objectively. I doubt you can do that.

I do hope they win but the rest of your post is fair. Good post. I'm heading to the game to cheer for the HAWKS even if the coach is a dummy.

I hope we have practiced onside kick recoveries and fake punt/FG defense in this fall camp. We'll see.....
