Sure this is a joke or something....but I can say for certain you wouldn't notice it unless you wanted to. There are two brothels a mile or two down the road from where I live. Only purpose they serve me is when I am out on a four wheeler I can spot one of their American flags and use that to as a landmark when out in the desert.

I think he's referring to Touch of Mink. At its hey day, there were 2 of them, one near the now kfc and one on Prentiss Street.

I don't think Iowa will legalize prostitution anytime soon. The U.S. in general has pretty strict laws on that, and most states aren’t looking to change them. Even places like Nevada, where it’s legal in some counties, still have a lot of restrictions.
