Circa also had the total for the game at 36.5, which is both a) shockingly low (5 points lower than the next-lowest total this week, NEB-ILL) and b) completely expected after the last few years of Iowa football.
FWIW covers.com had the opening total at 41.5. Still very low, but not as insanely low as a total of 36.5.
