Maybe they can give DSM Water the money to but the new nitrate scrubbers? I mean, according to Kim, Iowa has (or will have this summer) $2B surplus...... It has cost customers of DSM Water about $1M the last year to clean the water....the current "scubber" is old, outdated and needs replacement.....Maybe those farmers from the north can help a fella out with some clean water? "Enough money" would include scrubber replacement and scrubber maintenance costs, I assume.......Might be cheaper in the long run to clean up the source of the problem....in the farm fields.
