Iowa softball loses to UNI

Iowa's softball team lost 9-8 to UNI today. The Hawks fell behind 9-0 before a rally
fell short, giving the Panthers the one-run win.

A frustrating game. If you would have told me Iowa would score 8 runs with Massey pitching I'd have guaranteed a win. We did see catch a glimpse of the team Iowa could be in the bottom of the 6th. Blank's two HR's were impressive.

Yes. Extended her back to a five year deal after last season. She is locked in through the 2018 season.

Makes no sense. Clearly we have shown we can be a top tier Big Ten program but we have fallen to a bottom half team.
