The Cyclone women are getting wrecked by UConn. It's 36-10 after one quarter. ISU is 0-7 from three, tossing up a bunch of bricks. UConn is an unconscious 10-11 from three.

UCONN is shooting >90% from 3 pt range and ISU's coaches think the best move is to stay in zone and make them shoot it from 3... lol.

Nice run by ISU but they may want to stop scheduling SC, UCONN, etc.
Just not overly impressed with Crooks' game. She can post up and make clean looks from down low, and she has nice touch on her mid-range jumper. But she's not a great defender, not great on the boards, is slow up and down the court, she gets abused by bigs who are more athletic. Doesn't look like their coaches are even trying to develop other parts of her game.

Yes, but the refs are also letting them get away with travels, moving screens, fouls and everything in between. Their “defense” reminds me of the old Wisconsin men’s teams that would mug you and not get called.

yep, audi can't defend pick and roll and Uconn use a lot of dribble drive at a defender and pass back to the shooter for wide open threes. It was basically a practice session for uconn and ISU couldn't defend it.
