At lot like prior years
There's a rule about posting obscene photographs that I think you are violating, sir.....
I'll kindly ask you to remove them.
Kyle is going to validate stereotypes about isu and its fans. Will it be their penchant to post then run away like a little gurl or will he come back and give us others.
Kyle, Kyle he's our man if he can't do it no one can.
I am cautiously optimistic, although that was based on a belief that we couldn't have the injury problems that plagued us last season.....then the backup at our thinnest and most important OL position, center, tore up his leg and is gone for the year.I'm actually curious about ISU's 2015 look too. They're one of the texas 10 teams I try to keep up with b/c they play a B1G school every year. How do clones fans feel about Mangino's offense?
It will interesting to see how the offense is if the oline can stay somewhat healthy. The oline isn't going to be a top oline by any means but if the starters can play most of the games they should at least be solid. I don't know if Iowa, or Iowa State for that matter, has ever had 3 WRs at the same time with that kind of talent. The RBs are unknown and Richardson is a solid QB and can be good when he has time to throw. The defense though is a huge question mark. 3 new starters on the dline, 3 new LBs, a new safety. Their secondary is the strength but its not like they are still bottom half of the big 12 unit. They don't have a for sure win on their schedule.
Are you kidding me? Iowa for one. Jesus ISU will beat Iowa in Ames, it will be the end of KF era.

Most of the players have had a year in Mangino's offense. There is experience everywhere except running back, where experience is least important, and tight end, where we lost one of the best in the league. The WR corps is strong.
I think most ISU fans feel the offense will be pretty good. The big question is the defense. Overall, I think if the Cyclones don't go at least 4-1 to start the season, they probably won't win any more games after that.
Are you talking about bad or good?..............I don't know if Iowa, or Iowa State for that matter, has ever had 3 WRs at the same time with that kind of talent.
ISU strength is going to be their WR's baring any injuries. The problem is can the OL give the QB enough time for those WR to develop their routes and get open. Also their running game could be a question mark.
I think the Iowa vs ISU game will be a good one, but there are too many question marks left. I just don't know how Iowa's defense will be? I also think CPR will be desperate to get a win, so he will pull out all the tricks and we all KF won't be prepared for them.
Neither coach holds back anything in this game. Desperation has nothing to do with it.ISU strength is going to be their WR's baring any injuries. The problem is can the OL give the QB enough time for those WR to develop their routes and get open. Also their running game could be a question mark.

At this point, if I had to bet, I'd bet on ISU because I think the Cyclones are going to be a better team than the Hawkeyes.
Get back to me for an adjusted opinion after each team has played a game.
No.I will admit that the tailgating atmosphere in Ames is considerably better than IC. So there's that!
I should have clarified. In Ames, the fan base isn't nearly as spread out over such a large area and is more concentrated, which allows for the corporate tents if you like that sort of thing. If you disagree, please explain why.

Everyone has their own opinion of what constitutes good tailgate. If I'm a 19 year old. yeah... the Busch reference is probably true. If I'm a 50 year old... the corporate Jack Daniels tent suits me just right. So to each their own. Have been at JTS a few times for the Hawk game and it's nice to have to not fight the traffic over the Iowa River to and from the game.Corporate tents in no way enhance a tailgating experience. Give me a 30 rack of Busch and a backyard off of Melrose any day of the week.
