Iowa beat MSU today (Sunday) and finishes in a 4th place tie with Indiana. Iowa has a better RPI than Indiana (and Michigan for that matter), beat Indiana 2-1 in their series and was 6-7 against the top three teams (Neb, Maryland and Mich) while Indiana was 3-6. I have seen Indiana being tabbed the 4th BIG 10 team for the college playoffs, but it seems like Iowa has a much better argument. Fingers crossed!
