Why haven’t you released the schedule yet

"Iowa has the best player in the country in senior big man Luka Garza and is the favorite in a loaded Big 10."

Illinois has the easiest Big Ten Schedule, now that doesn't mean they will win the Big Ten Conference but they definitely have the upper hand.
Illinois as well as every team in the Big Ten will have to adjust to playing in front of basically family, card board cutouts and speaker crowd noise. That's where veteran teams will have an advantage, que IOWA, Wisconsin, Rutgers, Illinois.
The only drawback that Iowa has with this years team, is it's coached by Fran McCaffery and during his 10 years at Iowa some of his better teams have done very well during the first half of their schedules only to fall on hard times during the later half of their schedules, putting a damper on what might have been.
Now, I'm not predicting that this season will have the same results as previous Iowa teams that maybe overachieved before falling back to earth but it's still out there and until an Iowa team that gets off to a great start doesn't fold like a house of cards during the latter part of the season, doubt will always be out there. Let the season begin....the road to the final four!!!!
