Iowa v Bradley scrimmage on 10-23

Those numbers don't add up but I get the gist. I assume Connor didn't play? None of that is too surprising except that Perkins will be solid, I believe.
I’m assuming there were two 10 minute sessions and one 20 minute one. I don’t know why they would set it up like that, but that’s 40 minutes.

The final score would’ve been 91-70 if I’m reading his post right.

Connor did play. The comment was something like "Connor played like Connor". Also, Austin Ash hit a couple of 3's. Why don't the numbers add up? 20 +10+10=40

Thank you so much for this. I understand the math now. 3 short games, not 2 halves

Fran has to limit lineups with both JBo and Connor on the floor at the same time. Defensively it’s a matchup nightmare for Iowa. I expect to see a lot more trapping and pressing from this squad.
Think we will see few line ups with Connor and Jordan for just that reason. Indeed, I struggle to see minutes for Connor anywhere assuming: 1. Tony is not also a non non-scorer who continues to struggle with ball handling and shot making. Even then Tony is probably a better defensive player-although Connor is very underrated on defense. 2. Kris Murray really is not nearly as good as I and about everyone else think he will be.

Totally agree on the trapping and pressing and believe our wish will be granted. Just think of how much court Patrick and Keegan cover? Put a ball hawking defender like Joey T into the middle of that area of the court and Iowa's defense is also improved substantially. Riley is going to be a very good shot blocker and that alone makes trapping and pressing less of a gamble at the rim. I anticipate that Filip is sufficiently quick to backstop a trapping defense and Josh just consumes a huge space around the basket. There aren't going to be a lot of opponent's willing to have that collision at the basket.

It's coming soon.
