Phil will clearly need to adjust the game-plan after this drive. Conditions aren’t preventing/slowing passing down.
I was just telling the wife that Iowa never misses tackles and then on 2 consecutive plays... Forgot to knock on the damn wood! 🤦
Playing in this weather, tackling suffers the worst. Played quite a few college playoff games north of sanity in late November/December and you can’t get anyone down.
We're disrespecting the pass game because they're typically run heavy. Greek QB2 not making mistakes.

And the exact opposite of the usual flow of an Iowa game.
Offense put 10 on the board and D gave 7 back, fairly easily because of horrid tackling.
