Good article. Crazy to think we’ve only had two olympian players. Darling and Cain in ‘56.
Under the old rules of no professionals before 1992, Luka would most definitely have been on the team this year and probably on next year’s postponement team. If Ronnie was healthy in ‘80 he would have made the boycott team. Otherwise that’s it. Sam Williams didn’t make the team in ‘68 and we haven’t had anyone else that was on any All-American teams in the professional olympic years.
